Avoid! Positive: Nothing Negative: This property is miss-sold. It is advertised as an apartment with kitchen and washing machine. These do not exist. Having texted our arrival time there was no one to meet us. I phoned the agency number and was told the "gardien" would be there with the keys in 5 minutes. I texted the guardian and then phoned but no answer. I called the agency again after half an hour and they finally got the guardian to phone me and she then told me the keys were in a key box. This apartment is a long way from the town up a very steep hill, a kitchen and washing machine were therefore essential. I phoned the guardian and she seemed totally unaware of the fact that these facilities (although advertised) did not exist. The site and apartment were grubby. WE LEFT AFTER 30 MINUTES. It was not feasible to stay so we had to find an alternative. I have tried to get a refund from them but cannot get a reply. They of course have a 'no refund' policy; well you would wouldn't you if your advertisement is deceitful! AVOID!

Wir sind sofort wieder gegangen. Haben keinerlei Anzeichen auf Erstattung oder Verbesserung erhalten. Nie wieder! Positive: Leider gar nichts. Negative: Sehr dunkel und sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Es roch nach Chlor/ Reinigungsmitteln.
